Service Fee Changes and Increases

Upcoming Service Fee Adjustment

• Bell Eve Treatment Center has not increased its service fees in over six (6) years.

• We recognized the financial hardships caused by COVID-19 and broader economic challenges, and we absorbed increased costs to avoid placing an additional burden on our clients.

• Bell Eve is updating and streamlining our services, and rates will be adjusted effective June 1, 2025.

GOOD NEWS FOR CURRENT CLIENTS

1. Grandfathered Status
Clients who established care with Bell Eve before June 1, 2025, will retain their current service fee for the duration of their active treatment. You will not be affected by the upcoming rate increase.

2. Auto Pay Implementation
To help manage costs and streamline billing, we will implement an auto-pay system, similar to a fitness club membership. Your debit or credit card on file will be charged on either the 1st or 15th of each month, based on your preference.

3. Benefits
As Bell Eve continues to grow, we will be offering client medical, social, and therapeutic services available to all clients. You will be notified as these are implemented.

4. Personalized Arrangements
A Bell Eve staff member will reach out to discuss your individual payment and scheduling arrangements. This may be by phone call, text, or email.
